Flooded Basement in Highland, UT

This flooded basement in Highland, UT is due to a broken sprinkler head located right up next to the house.  Unbeknownst to the home owner the sprinkler head had been broken and leaking for some time before they realized the damage it was causing.  Because it was in the basement the homeowners hadn't noticed as quickly as they would have had it been up in one of their main rooms.  SERVPRO was able to come in and extract the water from the carpet before doing a flood cut at the bottom of the wall to remove to water logged dry wall.
