Wet Floors Cause Mold Behind Untreated Baseboards

SERVPRO was contacted by some homeowners who had suffered a previous water loss that had not been treated correctly and the molding around the edges of the room remained wet and resulted in a lot of mold growth.  When the problem was discovered the owners were stunned at the amount of mold that was growing behind the molding but were grateful they found it before it had gotten any worse.  SERVPRO knew just how to tackle the job and got to work immediately.  They pulled out the flooring, pulled off the baseboards, cut out the moldy parts on the wall and got busy rebuilding the room.  The room was back to perfect in no time and they owners were very thankful!
