Toilet Leak Causes a Mess

A home in Cedar Hills, UT was affected by a leaky toilet.  Luckily it wasn't a leaky from gross toilet water but a leak around the seal of the bottom of the toilet that was slowly leaking.  But it wasn't discovered quickly which resulted in wet carpet and damaged floors.  The homeowner knew that there was going to be floor damage because of the amount of water in the carpet and the length of time the water remained in the carpet.  SERVPRO got to the job ASAP, extracted the water and pulled up the carpet.  Then the area was set up for the quickest drying time possible to stop bacteria growth on the flooring.
