Water Damage in Bluffdale, UT

The flooding and water damage in the gym at Summitt Academy in Bluffdale was the result of the water supply line to the fire suppression system freezing.  When the line froze and broke the water had no where to go but into the gym.  The damage was extensive due to the hardwood floors and concrete walls.  The floors and the walls were retaining moisture due to the cold weather and lack of heat in the gym.  SERVPRO set up a containment over the floors while tubing in hot air from the Desiccant to dry everything out.  The moisture levels of the walls and floor were monitored until they were dry and ready to have the containment removed.
